Khasab is Northern Oman
This location is ideal for GT (Giant Trevally) fishing. Where the Persian Gulf meets the Indian Ocean, strong currents form between the rocks — exactly the type of spots this fish prefers.
Fishing in Khasab is suitable both for professionals and beginners in casting and popping. Jigging is also possible in this location.
🎣 Fish size: 10–50 kg
• The best seasons for GT fishing are from October 10 to November 1, as well as from May 1 to July 1 (this is when GT is most active).
• I recommend this tour for 2 to 4 days.
• You can bring your own gear or rent it from us (spinning rods, wobblers, stickbaits).
• I will help you choose the right gear for this type of fishing.
Fishing program in Khasab:
• We travel together from Dubai by transfer (the journey takes about 2.5–3 hours).
• When crossing the UAE–Oman border, the visa is issued on arrival.
• Check-in at the lodge (a fishing base with all amenities).
• Upon arrival, you will be served a delicious dinner.
• The tour includes 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
